It is well known that human beings are social animals, the value of coming together and chatting is the basis of everything J7 Evolve does… it doesn’t have to be formal development or coaching though – a catch-up over coffee before a professional introduction that I was making for my colleague and friend, Alison Bell has led to this podcast series…

Alison and I met at business networking years ago now and over time we have collaborated on work and become friends, during the previously mentioned coffee chat Alison said – “I have an idea! We could do some podcasting together, our chats are always good, maybe other people will agree!”
